Shoulder Pain

The American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons states that around 23,000 people have shoulder replacement surgery every year. Shoulder problems often arise because of prolonged injury to the tissues of the shoulder, the overuse or under-use of, or arthritis. Some of the symptoms of an injured shoulder is feeling pain often during movement, lacking strength to perform daily activities, and having your shoulder feel out of place. If you are showing some of these symptoms, it is highly recommended to meet with your doctor to receive an orthopaedic evaluation of your shoulder.

Knee Injuries

Knee injuries are a common injury no matter what activities you partake in. Injuries in your knee range from cartilage tears to ACL tears. Most knee injuries are sports related injuries, but it is easy to injure any part of your knee as there are many different parts that can be injured. The most common injuries involve the meniscus or ligaments. The knee has ligaments on both sides of the joint, as well as two inside of the knee.
